Volcano Heights Sector Plan

Volcano Heights Sector Plan is located just south of Ventana Ranch and includes The Trails subdivision. These documents were prepared for city council. The plan calls for 12,000 dwelling units and mixed use centers. The plan attempts to balance jobs & housing to alleviate traffic congestion. Neighbrohoods are designed to be "walkable".
