 We say it here over and over, its in red at the top of our website, but we are not your HOA, we are your Neighborhood Association. We say this because many people aren't aware that there is more than one association in the Ventana Ranch area.
The VRNA has nothing to do with the your quarterly dues ($55/month, or more depending on your location), or fines for "Covenant Violations", or anything like that. We work for the community, we are a civic organization. We work for more roads, schools, better services. We put on various community events, such as the Spring Fiesta, Ice Cream Social, Tamale Dinner, Yard Sale in the Park, Safety Fair, and more!
But here is the part where we need YOUR help. Since we don't get your HOA quarterly dues, we rely on your voluntary membership donation in our Association to do all the things I mentioned above. Membership is only $15 a YEAR per household, or $125 per year for businesses.
Please help us continue to put on these wonderful neighborhood events. Would you consider becoming a member today? If you were a member and haven't renewed, renew today. You can either click the membership link below or send a check payable to VRNA at the address listed on our Contact Us page.
