Tamale Dinner and Cookie Swap
Wed Dec 2nd 6:30pm at Ventana Ranch Elementary School
This event is one of our favorites, we provide free tamales, enchiladas, beans, corn dogs for the kids, cookie decorating for the kids, and people bring their own cookies to swap. We are going to need help in all facets of this event. From set up, to food prep, to break down, etc.
Christmas Parade
Sat December 5th 3-4pm, main loop road (Ventana Ranch Rd/Las Ventanas Rd)
At this event we have Santa Claus, AFD, APD, and various community organizations giving out candy to the kids. For this event we need help with preparation, getting vehicles, etc.
Parade of Lights Contest
Dec 12-14th (all of VR and VR West)
This is not an event but our annual contest for the best holiday lights in the community. We have prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as well as the Kids Choice, and Griswold Award. For this we will need judges.
