Join us on Saturday, August 29rd at Ventana Ranch Elementary School from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. to learn about ways to keep you, your family and your neighborhood safe. Local emergency and safety providers will be on hand to discuss programs we as individuals and neighbors can participate in to make Ventana Ranch unattractive to criminals and to make our homes safer in general.

Scheduled to participate at this point are the Albuquerque Police Department, Albuquerque Fire Department, New Mexico State Forestry (and Smokey Bear!), the American Red Cross and more.

APD will have a station set up for finger printing your children. ID theft prevention information will also be available.  There will also be a jumper and games for the kids.
